Mind blowing news out today from the Huffington Post. It appears that "The Berlin Patient" aka Timothy Ray Brown has been cured of HIV. Brown underwent a stem cell transplant in 2007 as a part of his chemotherapy to cure his Lukemia and as a result his doctors are claiming that he may be the first human ever know to be cured of the disease.
Amazing news. Keep in mind that this is only one case study and that we do not know if this is repeatable. However, we do now know that one man has been cured and that should be enough to give hope to the other 33million people on this earth who are infected with the virus.
It seems that by this time in 2020 we may very well have a cure... wonderful times we live in.
